That’s where I come in.

I offer movement classes that actually fit real life — some in person, some virtual, all designed to help you feel stronger, looser, and a little more like yourself again. No pressure. No perfection.

Whether you’re joining solo from your living room or with a bunch of your besties in person, you’ll find community, encouragement, and a whole lot of
“I didn’t know I could do that!”
